I went to university in 2008 and was originally enrolled on the Graphic Communications course. During my time of this course I explored the use of typography within the marketing world. We were also taught how to do calligraphy using paint brushes and watercolour. I instantly fell in love with fonts and how not only they can be used in the graphics industry but also with the art world.
In January 2010 I swapped to the Visual Studies course and continued to use my typography and calligraphy skills, developing them further within my artwork.
